I Managed projects from site walks to closeouts and coordinate crew field assets. Pre-Con site walks and put together a material list of things that need to be purchased for the T-Mobile projects. Worked in the field on job sites to train crews on how to build 2g, 3g, and LTE sites from ground to tower for T-Mobile. Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on customer specifications and train employees to produce quality sites, which meet or exceed customer expectations. Worked on 3.5g New builds for TELUS. Upgraded all systems using huwee RRU with Andrews antennas.

Ran fiber optic cables from RRU to power box mounted on sector face, Installed cable tray and grounded. Ran all power from shelter to each sector. Work performed on side of buildings by control descending, rooftops, and towers. Some rooftops needed hilti applications and had to do many other applications all depending on what was on the roof. Fiber tested to make sure all fiber heads were good. Drilled holes on the sides of buildings to prepare for Hilti applications. Maintenance towers.
