My responsibilities were attending bid walks and completing Closeouts. I gathering all the photos and documents from the field workers and managers. Our customers were Sprint, At&t, Alcatel Lucent, and General Dynamics. I’ve created 2.5 project folders for the Santa Fe Springs and San Diego office. I worked with DropBox, Cloud Share Drive, Siterra, ART, FST and others. When documents were missing, I had to coordinate with the guys to go out and get my missing info. When my work is complete I update the tracker.

Helped manage projects in two markets: Birmingham, AL and Murfreesboro, TN - AT&T LTE and Sprint PCS 2.5 / 65MHz. I managed/scheduled contractors and in-house crews. Made site visits to make sure the job was getting done and that the crews are following safety standards. Got involved with the customers direct in meetings and update them on the project status. I did walks: Bid, Pre-Con, and Punch. Kept the Tracker updated, looked over COP’s to make sure they are completed correctly before turning them over to the customers. To get site info and work I used: CAM Tool, Siterra, and Site Handler

Managed the San Diego office and market. Contractor field planning and oversee support of the project construction functions directed by the Construction Manager. Customers worked with are T-Mobile, At&t, and ALU / Sprint and managing GC’s. Compiled, verified and correlated technical data related to construction /engineering functions for the assigned cell sites. Managed the schedule and progress database used for tracking project execution and monitored progress of the work for the assigned cell sites. Coordinated communications and action requirements with general contractors, suppliers, service providers and site acquisition. Supported the construction process as required via assistance in preparation of materials, requisitions specifications and other related activities and documents. Coordinated assigned work with other techs as needed to support the construction teams’ workload. Reviewed RF data sheets for determination of outside scope of work. Performed as site safety representative in oversight of general contractors work.

I Managed projects from site walks to closeouts and coordinate crew field assets. Pre-Con site walks and put together a material list of things that need to be purchased for the T-Mobile projects. Worked in the field on job sites to train crews on how to build 2g, 3g, and LTE sites from ground to tower for T-Mobile. Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on customer specifications and train employees to produce quality sites, which meet or exceed customer expectations. Also ensuring that all commissioning and installation is completed to specifications and on time. Played a vital role in the inspection and auditing. I communicate with the customer to update on site status and to inform them that I have completed the closeouts and uploaded them to IPM along with red lined CD’s that I signed off.

Westower: Alberta, Canada

Worked on 3.5g New builds for TELUS. Upgraded all systems using huwee RRU with Andrews antennas.

Ran fiber optic cables from RRU to power box mounted on sector face, Installed cable tray and grounded. Ran all power from shelter to each sector. Work performed on side of buildings by control descending, rooftops, and towers. Some rooftops needed hilti applications and had to do many other applications all depending on what was on the roof. Fiber tested to make sure all fiber heads were good. Drilled holes on the sides of buildings to prepare for Hilti applications. Maintenance towers.
